National Apprenticeship Programs (NATS & NAPS)

Build Skilled Workforce with Government Support

India's apprenticeship ecosystem is transforming how businesses hire and train talent. The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) and the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) are government-backed initiatives designed to bridge the gap between education and industry while offering financial benefits to employers.

What is NATS? (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme)

NATS is a flagship initiative by the Government of India under the Apprentices Act, 1961. It provides practical, on-the-job training to graduates and diploma holders in both engineering and non-engineering fields.

Key Benefit: Convert fresh graduates into industry-ready professionals while reducing hiring risks.

What is NAPS? (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme)
