Case studies

What changed when finance started working differently.

Real examples are more powerful than claims. Where confidentiality allows, we share what happened: the problem, what we found, what we did, and what changed for the business.
Our first story

The accounting team that disappeared.

During COVID, one of our earliest clients found that its accounting team had effectively disappeared. A business that once had a sizeable finance team suddenly needed someone to keep finance running.

We stepped in, working 10–12 hour days on site and building the team while doing the work. A small engagement became a finance operation. The operation became a team.

That client is still with us today, and has referred us to others. So has our very first client.

Case study · Equity fundraising

₹40 Cr raised for a listed healthcare company.

The business: a listed healthcare company raising growth capital.

The need: investor-ready financials, a credible model, and a finance team able to handle investor and banker requirements across two tranches.

What we did: working alongside the investment banker, we supported the raise end to end:

  • Financial model, projections and investor materials
  • Investor and banker coordination
  • Due diligence and data support
  • Post-funding reporting and compliance

The result: ₹40 Cr raised in total, across two tranches.
